We will never take a commission

Not a percentage, not a per-order fee, not a payment markup. We do not touch the money, so there is nothing for us to skim.

We will never charge per table

Twelve tables or a hundred and twelve, the price is the same. You should not be punished for a good summer terrace.

Your menu is yours to take

Export your menu and your order history whenever you like. If you leave, you leave with your data.

Pricing questions

What is the catch with “free during the MVP”?

You tell us what is broken. We are building this with a small number of restaurants and your feedback is the payment. When we start charging you will get plenty of notice and a founding price.

What will it cost when you start charging?

A flat monthly price per restaurant. Not per order, not per table, not per waiter. We are setting it together with the restaurants using it now.

Is there a contract?

No. Month to month, cancel whenever you like. Your digital menu keeps working on the free plan.

Do you charge for extra tables or staff?

No. Tables, menu items and staff accounts are unlimited on every plan.

Do you take payments from guests?

Not today. Guests signal that they want to pay — card or cash — and your waiter settles it on your existing terminal. Online payment is on the roadmap and will stay commission-free.

Can I try it before signing up?

Yes. The live demo on the homepage is a real restaurant running on Masa — scan a table and order the way a guest would.
